Much as he wanted to play calm, cool, and collected, Magnus couldn't help the bright shine of excitement in his eyes when Alec took him up on the offer. He had not actually expected anything to come from it, except maybe awkwardness, and instead Alec was describing exactly what Magnus wished would happen.

"I wouldn't mind waking up to you. And coffee." He bit his lip to keep himself from going on with any flirtations that really might cause some embarrassment.
